Service Description
A sound-focused session designed to support relaxation, grounding, and nervous system regulation. You’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position while sound creates a spacious, settling environment for the body and mind. The session invites slowing down, softening, and reconnecting with a sense of inner balance. This offering is well suited if you’re feeling overstimulated, tired, or simply seeking rest and recalibration through sound. Available as a private session or for small groups. A quiet, uninterrupted space is required for mobile sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Session Location & Travel Some sessions can be held in your home or chosen space. A $30 mobile fee applies to sessions held at the client’s location, to cover travel and setup. Please ensure the Travel Fee add-on is selected when booking a mobile session. A quiet, uninterrupted space is required for mobile sessions.
